Technology development center has nearly 100 people in team, including: The associate professor of title 2 people, the senior engineer accounted for 10%, the intermediate engineer accounted for 30%.  2 、Research and development platformThe technology development center is located in Huancui Science and Technology Industrial Park, Weihai city, fixed assets investment accumulated up to nearly one hundred million yuan, we has a ship’s heavy diesel engine exhaust gas cleaning system experiment center of 3000 square meters that leading international and first-class of domestic. The experiment center consists of heavy oil diesel engine exhaust shore-based simulation processing test, chemical analysis laboratory, chemistry laboratory, gas analysis laboratory, hot room, storage of dangerous chemicals, data processing center, etc.

3、International exchange and cooperation

The technology development center working tightly with Dalian maritime university and CSIC 702 Scientific Research Institution, Shandong Sunway Petrochemical Engineering Share Co., Ltd,Shanghai Waigaoqiao shipbuilding co., ltd. Etc for the ship exhaust gas desulfurization technical cooperation.

4、Technology research results

The main research results of the Research and Development center in recent years are as follows:
(1) Received 3 patents of technological invention of EGCS, 18 patents for utility model and 1 copyright of computer software.
(2) The first supplier in Asia that achieved CCS, BV, LR,ABS,DNV GL, NKcertifications of ship’s desulfurization equipment.
(3) Designed more than 100 sets of ship’s diesel desulfurization system, breaking the monopoly of foreign manufacturers of desulfurization equipment.
